No General Returns

• We do not offer returns for reasons like:
  • Change of mind
  • Not liking the product after use
  • Wrong size or color chosen by the customer (unless it was our mistake)

Exchange for Damaged Products

We only offer exchange in case the product you receive is physically damaged.

To qualify for an exchange:

1. Physical Damage: The product must be clearly damaged on arrival (broken, leaked, cracked, etc.).
2. Inform Us Quickly: You should contact us within a reasonable time after receiving the parcel and share details and, if possible, pictures of the damage.
3. Return the Damaged Item First:
   • You must send the damaged product back to us.
   • After we receive and inspect the product, we will confirm the damage.
4. Replacement Process:
   • Once the damage is confirmed, we will send you a replacement of the same product, subject to availability.
   • If the same product is not available, we may offer an alternative product or another suitable solution after discussing with you.

Packaging and Secret Packaging

For undergarments or sensitive items, we offer secret/discreet packaging so that your privacy is fully protected.
