1. Where do you deliver?

We deliver all over Pakistan through various trusted courier services. Delivery is available in most cities and towns nationwide.

2. How long does delivery take?

Normally, delivery takes around 3–4 working days, depending on your location and weather conditions. In some cases, there may be delays due to political issues, strikes, or other unexpected situations in the country.

3. How can I track my order?

Once your order is processed, you will receive a CN (Consignment) number via email. You can go to our website www.3shein.com, open the “Track My Order” section in footer menu, enter your CN number, and see the latest status of your parcel.

4. Do you offer returns?

We do not offer a general return policy. However, if the product you receive is physically damaged, we offer an exchange. You must first send the damaged product back to us, and after we receive and verify it, we will send you a replacement item.

5. What is your exchange policy for damaged items?

• The product must be physically damaged when received.
• You must inform us within a reasonable time after receiving the parcel.
• You will need to send the damaged product picture/videos first.
• After we receive and check it, we will send you a new replacement of the same item (subject to availability).

6. Do you offer secret or discreet packaging?

Yes, for undergarments or sensitive items, we provide secret/discreet packaging so that the contents of the parcel are not visible or obvious from the outside. Your privacy is very important to us.

7. Do you have a physical shop?

No, we only deal online through our website www.3shein.com. We do not have any physical outlet or showroom.
